And to be fair to O&#039;Reilly, according to their letters, they &lt;em&gt;have&lt;/em&gt; applied for the trademark in Europe. Which, last I checked, covered Ireland. Stupid Americans maybe, but that doesn&#039;t mean the Irish are any smarter :)</description>
